The gym is open 7 days a week, during the following hours:

Mon-Fri 6:30am–9pm

Sat-Sun 8:30am–12:30pm

Parking Lot located in the back of the gym.  

Additional parking on the neighborhood street behind the gym.  Car surveillance provided throughout the day.
