Working in the fitness industry for over two years, Raul Duarte l has helped countless clients reach their wellness and fitness goals; currently Certified as a Personal Trainer, Spinning and Pilates instructor.

Teaching spinning, Pilates classes and training clients one-on-one has given Raul the tools to help any individual reach their fitness goals. His approach to his clients’ all around success includes educating and assisting them in developing a healthy eating plan, incorporating a mind/body connection, as well as an exercise program.

A runner, lifelong athlete, and overall fitness enthusiast, Raul has come to know both personally and professionally the benefits of healthy living and the positive impact that it makes in peoples’ lives.
